Mobile AV Network is a specialty AV Company with staff that has multiple years of experience in the AV field. We specialize in servicing smaller market cities throughout the continental U.S. by having a fleet of fully equipped mobile trucks.

Mobile AV Network serves larger AV providers, by cross-renting specific AV packages in smaller markets. This gives companies that partner with us an opportunity to bid on projects and cover markets that are out of their home market and would be uneconomical to support themselves. Mobile AV Network supports varied types of meetings, including financial seminars, CME conferences (Continuing Medical Education), sales meetings, convention booths, association meetings, and other business meetings. Mobile AV Network serves businesses directly and also works with meeting planners.

Our standard delivery covers projects with audience sizes from as small as 20, up to 150 participants. However, with enough notice we can cover the scope of just about any type of project. Our AV trucks are stocked with multiple projectors, screens, HD cameras, digital video recorders, seamless switchers and sound reinforcement. Mobile AV Network can support general sessions and multiple breakouts.

We carry and support other specialty equipment such as full Audience Response keypad systems for market research, elections, and engaging and entertaining game shows. We have an Avid video editing facility and can edit your meeting material or your recorded program for post meeting use. Other solutions such as archiving and viewing of the meeting can be provided upon request.
