Our Sprinter 3500 extended vans come stocked with equipment for a general session meeting and up to 4 breakout rooms (larger meetings may require 2 vans). Equipment usually includes multiple screens, projectors, HD cameras, digital video recorders, seamless switchers and sound reinforcement. Depending on the needs of your meeting, we can put together an AV package to meet those needs. Further, a dedicated Mobile AV Network technician will be on-site to setup and operate the equipment. Every project is important to us; as such, we are committed to making sure the AV for your meeting/event is a success.
Our AV vans have a 50 keypad audience response package on board, allowing you to add audience voting/polling to your meeting or event. Further, if a larger ARS (Audience Response System) package is needed, we can assemble a larger keypad package (up to 500 or more participants). ARS has many applications including market research (focus groups), data collection, elections, and quiz games. ARS is also an effective presentation tool to get your audience involved and engaged. Ask a team member about adding ARS to your meeting.
We have an inventory of more than 250 iPads available for rent. For meetings larger than 250 iPads, we can meet that demand by cross renting from other providers. We also offer paperless meeting service, where we can make all the meeting materials available for viewing on the iPads and also utilize the iPads for audience polling.
We can shoot a video of your meeting and also edit the video post-production. We have an Avid™ video editing system and professional video editors on staff.
